Abn Amro is worst bank for expats. Eventhough they advertised that they do not need Bsn no, but they asked for that. Whereas my friends did get the account activated if they go to expat center. Two different approaches.
Thus neo banks bunq and Revolut are doing better. Ing is also responding helpfully. But Abn is totally useless to work with
